Our mission is to provide education, physical, and mental health services and substance abuse treatment that are culturally appropriate to American Indians, Alaska Natives, and other vulnerable populations. Priority given to Native Americans and Alaska Natives, the uninsured, and to homeless patients.

Fees and Proof of Income Documents

  • Accepts Health Share, FamilyCare, private insurance, and uninsured patients
  • Proof of income
  • 2 forms of identification (one with photo)
  • If Native American/Alaska Native, bring tribal ID or parent/grandparent tribal verification
  • Sliding scale of fees, $20.00 minimum
  • No charge for Native Americans
  • Homeless-pharmacy fees may apply
